BluffTitler Ultimate 15.8.0.8 is a program for creating beautiful 3D text effects and simple animations for editing videos. The results can be viewed in real time and then exported to image or video formats.

All created animations consist of layers which can be modified independently. BluffTitler supports a large number of different layer types: camera, light, text, image, video, plasma, particle, audio, etc.

Layers can be linked to each other to create special effects. This program can be used in conjunction with packages such as: Pinnacle Studio, Sony Vegas, Ulead VideoStudio, MAGIX video deLuxe, Canopus Edius and Adobe Premiere.

Animations in the program are made in layers, therefore there is an association with graphic editors, and not with video editors. Up to 64 layers can be used in a single project, which is more than enough to create a very long title full of effects.

Main Features:

Light – a layer that allows you to adjust the lighting of the project. This program allows you to choose between two types of illuminator – Ambient Light and Spot Light. The former is simpler and allows you to adjust only the lighting color, but with the help of Point Light you can select the intensity and position of the light source, determine the presence of shadows.
Text – layers to add text. Since title creation is the main goal of the program, we can say that this layer is the main one. A large number of parameters are available for text, including point size, transparency, rotate, reposition, scale, spacing between letters.
EPS – this layer makes it possible to add vector objects in EPS format, such as arrows, geometric shapes, etc., to the project.
Image – layer to add a background image. The supported formats are BMP, JPG, PNG, TGA, etc. Many options are available for this layer, such as changing transparency, repeating texture, rotation, resizing.
Video – the layer is similar to the previous one and is designed to add background video files. The supported file types are ASF, AVI, MPG, MPEG, VOB, QT and WMV.
Video Capture – a layer that allows you to insert video captured from an external source into the project.
Plasma and Particles – with the help of these layers, you can add a prepared version of the animation with particles and light effects to the title. It could be an image resembling a distraction on a TV screen, fireworks, falling snowflakes, a fountain, etc. Interestingly, these two layers can not only be used as a background, but also to decorate other layers. For example, if you add one of these to your text, the animation effect will appear in or around the letters. Thus, it is possible, for example, to create burnt text. To add a Plasma or Particle layer to another layer, use the Attach command on the Layers menu.
Models – layers provide an interesting opportunity to add three-dimensional models to projects. This program supports the only .X format. Files of this format can be obtained, for example, by exporting 3D models from 3ds Max. To do this, you must first install the free Panda DirectX Exporter plugin. This plugin is only available for 3ds Max version 6-8.
Scroll – layers to create text that moves across the screen at different speeds and in different directions.
Audio – this layer can be used to add musical accompaniment to the project. MP3, WAV and MID formats are supported.
Passe-Partout – a layer that creates frames of various shapes, on which effects are animated.
